The first floor of the Ellmann House has a modern kitchen with all the materials you could need to provide easy meal preparation and serving including microwave and dishwasher. There is also a full bath with shower. A living room with a comfortable reading area in a bay window and entertainment center is next to the kitchen.
The final room on the first floor of the Ellmann House is a formal "sitting room" with hardwood floors, stained glass, queen Anne's chairs and queen sleeper sofa. This room also has a large piece of furniture from Germany called a "Schronk" which was hand crafted in the 1800's.
There are four bedrooms upstairs with a full bath.
